Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a reliable M&E Foot Mobile Engineer to cover commercial offices in London. The role emphasizes planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding and safe operation of building services across Zones 1–6, with occasional travel.

Candidates should have a strong mechanical or electrical background and a minimum of three years' experience. Ideal applicants will hold relevant electrical qualifications and be able to work independently while maintaining high standards of service and

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in M&E maintenance in commercial buildings.
Mechanical or electrical discipline with cross-disciplinary experience preferred.
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical building services.
Maintain and troubleshoot FCUs, AHUs, HVAC systems and associated plant.
Undertake routine inspections, testing and servicing of building services equipment.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Travel between sites across London zones 1–6 and cover cross-zones as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and building management teams.
