Job summary

Kepak Foods Division in the UK is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for Foodservice to shape campaigns, launch products and drive customer growth across assigned markets. You will work with Foodservice Marketing and local Commercial teams to translate growth priorities into engaging programmes for customers, distributors and operators.

The role emphasizes turning insights into action, delivering on-time campaigns within budget, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in customer, trade, shopper or channel marketing, ideally within foodservice, food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to turn insights into actionable campaigns and initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Bring marketing plans to life: Build and deliver customer and channel campaigns with high commercial impact.
• Create engaging customer activity: Develop sales materials, content, events, sampling and distributor programmes.
• Launch new products: Lead local launch activity with ready-to-use assets for customers and sales teams.
• Partner with Commercial teams: Identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver on time and budget.
• Turn insights into action: Capture feedback, monitor competitors and improve future campaigns.
