Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of food and non-food departments.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering great availability and key metrics.
• Lead and coach your team to improve routines and processes while serving customers with heart.
• Ensure shopfloor, promotions and modular activity are delivered to brief and on time.
• Foster ownership, resilience and development within the team.
