Asda in Highbridge is seeking a Foodhall Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Fresh and Ambient departments, delivering the best availability and highest shop floor standards while ensuring the store is safe and compliant for customers and colleagues.

You will drive trading activity on the shop floor, lead a collaborative team across the Foodhall and Night teams, and help deliver a stunning shop floor every day. The role requires flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on food or non-food departments.
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor to deliver great availability.
• Lead and coach the team to improve routine and processes with selling focus.
• Ensure shopfloor, promotions and modular activity are delivered to brief and on time.
• Create an environment where staff feel valued, trusted and motivated to step up.
