Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation on the shop floor, coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill and ensuring readiness for store trading. You will be the floor lead in the Colleague Manager’s absence, coach colleagues on One Best Way, and drive productivity, while ensuring a quick payment experience and a clean, safe, and well-presented store.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to deliver Serve, Sell and Fill on the shop floor.
• Be the floor lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity in readiness for store opening.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Enable daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the area.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Play a part in creating a great team atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to deliver high performance.
• Support nearby stores if operationally required.
• Responsible for being a key holder and for opening/closing tasks.
