Role Description

Day to day management and continuous development of the foodservice department.

This role is responsible for achieving target sales, margin, range compliance, wholesale excellence standards execution, compliance and replenishment. This role also has responsibility for the profitability of assigned customers in the respective region.

Stock management (management of stock-takes), cycle counting and managing of on shelf availability through daily gap analysis.

Role Scope

Responsible for sales, margin, costs, range, execution, replenishment, picking and compliance within the foodservice department.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Service Manager located in Belfast. The Food Service Manager will oversee food service operations, food preparation, food safety, and ensure exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
