Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate is hiring a Sushi Chef to join its busy kitchen. You will maintain a standard day-to-day sushi operation and ensure the highest standards of preparation and delivery across the restaurant.

You will be a clear communicator and a strong team player, passionate about delivering high-quality sushi and keen to progress your career within a world-class, multi-brand restaurant group that offers world-class training, staff discounts, and wellbeing support.

Lucky Cat is one of five unique Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experiences at 22 Bishopsgate and Europe’s tallest restaurant - Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi, exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar.
Located on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay offers breath taking, unparalleled views across the city.

We are now looking for a Sushi Chef to join the team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.

• Maintain a standard day to day sushi operation within the restaurant
• You ensure the highest standards of preparation and delivery of sushi across the restaurant
• You’re a clear communicator and an excellent team player
