  • Work closely with internal Brand, Content, Social, Digital and Creative teams to develop globally relevant tools and campaigns that can be effectively adapted for local markets.
  • Share insights, success stories and best-practice examples across regions to drive consistency and continuous improvement throughout the licensed estate.
  • Support the onboarding process for new licensed partners, ensuring successful implementation of brand standards and marketing frameworks from day one.
  • Review and approve partner marketing activity, creative materials and local campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives and brand standards.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of International Marketing on partner activity, key opportunities, challenges, campaign performance and emerging market insights.
  • Monitor relevant market trends, competitor activity, consumer behaviour and partner performance to identify opportunities for innovation, growth and improved marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders across multiple international markets, balancing global brand consistency with local market relevance.
  • Attend photography and video shoots where required to support licensed restaurant marketing activity and content creation. Occasional international travel may be required.
