Full time

This November, we’re opening our tenth, and biggest Caravan at the Southbank. And we’re looking for a great Runner to join the team. We’re after someone kind, confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate about being in hospitality. Someone who’s excited to learn about good food, fine drinks and gets a kick out working in a team and giving their guests the best experience possible

You’ll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The role

As a Runner you’ll work with the full team to make sure the pass runs smoothly whenever you’re in the building and guests receive the right drinks & dishes at the right time, served with passion and a smile! You’ll be excited to live the Caravan culture, hospitality and take advantage of our development opportunities to make sure every one of your guests that leaves the restaurant has the best experience possible.

What you'll be doing as Runner

• Ensure our food, drink, and service standards are consistently delivered
• Taking full ownership of the pass and making sure every dish and drink is delivered with passion and a smile
• Developing your own skills & knowledge and sharing that knowledge with your team
• Supporting your team members; making sure everyone feels welcome, and smashing each service as a team
• Working closely with the wider restaurant team to give every guest the best experience possible
