Job summary

Caravan Southbank in London is seeking an enthusiastic Door Host to kick off the guest journey with a warm welcome and to manage the door experience on arrival. You will own the door area, support the team, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences from day one.

Join a two-floor, multi-bar opening and develop skills within a vibrant Caravan culture that values care, energy, and collaboration while delivering memorable hospitality.

This November, we’re opening our tenth, and biggest Caravan at the Southbank. And we’re looking for an exceptional Door Host who knows how to kick things off with an awesome hello & can awe from the very first impression! We’re after someone kind, confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate about what they do. Someone who knows how to own a wait list, manage a queue and gets a kick out working in a team to give everyone who walks through the door, the best experience possible.

You’ll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The role

As Door Host, you’ll work with all departments to make sure every guest’s journey runs beautifully whenever you’re in the building. That means engaging in the Caravan culture, hospitality, adding special moments, and making sure every one of your guests that leaves the restaurant has the best experience possible.
