Job summary

Caravan Southbank in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its expanding kitchen as we open our tenth Caravan. You will help lead the kitchen team with a focus on fresh ingredients, developing your skills and supporting colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will work under the Head Chef to run the kitchen daily, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure every dish is prepared to the highest specification.

That means following standards for health & safety, culture, hospitality and developing yourself and the team around you to make sure every dish sent out is one you’re proud to serve. You’ll know how to work collaboratively as a team member and help your team deliver for your guests.What You’ll Be Doing As Chef De Partie

• Following the standards for health & safety, and delivering excellence from the kitchen
• Making sure every dish is made consistently, confidently and to spec
• Giving new team members a helping hand, welcoming them aboard and inspiring their development
• Keeping on top of stock, cleanliness, health & safety and all the brilliant basics that make a great kitchen work
