Job summary

M&J (Sysco GB) Seafood CPU Depot in Bicester, Oxfordshire is hiring a Food Warehouse Supervisor on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves preparing, packaging, and checking a range of chilled and frozen seafood for national distribution. You will work Sunday to Thursday 09:00–18:00, 40 hours per week.

You will lead production, ensure food safety and policy compliance, and enjoy benefits including a £34,000 annual salary, 31 days leave, company pension, Wagestream, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food production or kitchen environment.
• Basic food safety knowledge.
• Computer savvy with record-keeping for audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional priorities to deliver CPU and wider business targets.
• Manage resources to ensure CPU Production runs efficiently, accurately, on time.
• Promote a food safe, health and safety culture and adhere to company policies.
