Salary: £12.21 per hour (paid weekly)
Working Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm and Saturday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking Food Production Operatives to join a food production business based in North Curry. This is a hands-on role working in chilled and frozen environments, handling both raw and cooked chicken.

The Job:

• Work across low risk and high risk areas of production.
• Load raw product onto cooking plates in the low risk area.
• Load and unload racks into and from ovens.
• Operate chargrilling and cooling equipment.
• Slice, weigh, pack, and label cooked products in the high risk area.
• Ensure all Critical Control Points (CCPs) are met and maintained.
• Adhere to strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards.

The Requirements:

• Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments.
• Previous experience in food production is beneficial but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Good level of attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
