Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting Food Production Operatives for Lodge Farm, Northampton. Pay is £12.71 per hour with shifts 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Full time and part time roles are available in a busy bacon production environment.

You will work in areas such as racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene, with training provided and opportunities to develop within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling raw pork products and preparing them for processing.
• Operating machinery and equipment for curing, smoking, and cooking bacon.

Our client is renowned for producing high-quality bacon, from raw ingredients to delicious, cooked products, and they work with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Working in dedicated areas covering racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene.
