Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking Food Production Operatives for Lodge Farm, Northampton. The role involves working in dedicated areas such as racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene to support high-quality bacon production.

You will handle raw pork, operate curing and cooking machinery, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards while packaging and labeling for distribution. Monday-Friday shifts offer a steady, ongoing workload.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Our client is renowned for producing high-quality bacon, from raw ingredients to delicious, cooked products, and they work with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Working in dedicated areas covering racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene.
