Job summary

Greencore London Meals in Park Royal is seeking a Process Technologist to support the development of manufacturing capability and take approved product concepts into full-scale production. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet food safety, technical, health & safety, and commercial standards, delivering successful launches in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in manufacturing or process-led environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, technical and production standards.
• Ability to manage critical paths and coordinate multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manufacturing trials in line with critical paths.
• Prepare transit tests and review results.
• Coordinate post-trial evaluations and QAS reports.
• Conduct food safety validations per CCPs and HACCP.
• Manage raw materials and packaging approvals, control costs.
• Plan and support customer panels and relationships.
• Monitor processes and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Complete trial, pre-production and launch documentation.
• Maintain safe working practices and report hazards.
