Job summary

Greencore Spalding Meals is seeking a Process Technologist to deliver product validations in line with Greencore and customer principles. You will conduct trials, document data, and secure samples for microbiological and organoleptic analysis in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience and an understanding of FMCG launch processes, with site-based hours Monday–Friday. A strong focus on quality and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years demonstrable experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of project coordination and critical path delivery.
• Understanding of FMCG launch process relating to trials and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake trials in-line with Greencore and Customer requirements.
• Document data from trials incl. shelf-life, organoleptic evaluations and data for future review.
• Secure and submit appropriate samples for analysis (e.g. microbiological).
• Plan and organise resources to achieve day-to-day delivery of trials and projects.
• Coordinate Pre-Production and Launch preparation; assist post-launch evaluation and improvements.
• Support health, safety and environment requirements and continuous improvement.
