Job summary

Culina is seeking a capable production line operative to work on both manual and automated lines to meet planned volume and commercial targets while complying with QA and safety standards. You will follow Safe Systems of Work, report hazards, and ensure product quality through the line, with attention to hygiene and correct pallet layouts.

Ideal candidates have food manufacturing/packaging experience, can thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are comfortable using an integrated management system

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing/packaging experience essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety obligations (training provided).
• Basic IT skills for integrated management system.

Responsibilities

• Operate on manual/automated lines to meet planned volume and targets.
• Adhere to QA and safety standards and Safe Systems of Work.
• Report near misses, hazards, or defective equipment and support investigations.
• Check product quality and dates; ensure correct pallet layouts and line area housekeeping.
• Maintain personal hygiene and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
