Responsibilities

• Motivate a team to meet production targets.
• Ensure final product meets client specifications (SPI).
• Maximise production efficiency to hit hourly/daily plans.
• Adhere to health, safety and quality regulations.
• Complete paperwork and operate the integrated management system.
• Coordinate with agency controllers and provide feedback.
• Attend team leader meetings and train new starters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and waste reduction.
