Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Preston-based site. The role is 3.5 days per week with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus days, overtime (1.5x), progression and training benefits.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on modern equipment, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement programs and training from experienced engineers within a multi-billion-pound manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance engineer in a food manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work a 3.5 day per week schedule.
• Able to operate in Preston and commutable from surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair specialist manufacturing machinery.
• Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across the site.
