Sainsbury’s Group is looking for a diligent store manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coach teams, and uphold high standards of service across our food halls.

You will drive performance against KPI targets, manage people and processes, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a hands-on approach in a busy retail environment.

Qualificações

• Previous line management in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Brilliant customer service with coaching to others.

Responsabilidades

• Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
• Managing compliance to processes whilst bringing passion and flare for shop keeping and customer service.
• Ensure customers get the food they want when they shop with us to be first choice for food.
• People management including performance, disciplinary actions, and scheduling/pay accuracy.
• When needed, assume overall responsibility for running the store and guiding colleagues to deliver for customers.
