Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer, delivering five-star service at pace and helping customers throughout the store.

You’ll use the Sparks App and in-store devices to find products, stock shelves, and support throughout busy periods. Shifts include early mornings and some evenings, with an additional £3.00 per hour for unsocial hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service at pace to customers in a frontline Food department role.
• Recommend and sell new food products to customers.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Work across various areas of the store and adapt to changing demands.
