Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Banbury is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section to join the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You’ll be mainly on the shop floor, delivering five-star service at pace and helping customers with knowledge of our products.

You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, be a team player, and be comfortable using Sparks and other in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience. Shifts include evenings and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Frontline retail role requiring excellent customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy periods.
• Knowledge of M&S Food products or quick learning of product ranges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service at pace to customers.
• Recommend and sell new food products to shoppers.
