Marks & Spencer Plc is recruiting for a Customer Assistant in the Food section. You’ll be on the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace and embracing transformation. You’ll confidently recommend our newest food products and ensure customers feel valued as you help drive store growth.

The role requires resilience, team spirit, and a readiness to work across shifts to meet demand in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers on the shop floor and in the food section, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.
• Recommend and upsell M&S Food products to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to answer questions and locate products quickly.
• Work flexibly across store areas to respond to changing customer demand and busy periods.
