Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline of our busy store. You will deliver five-star service, help customers find products, and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Successful candidates bring resilience, teamwork, and a willingness to work early morning hours using Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers. Flexibility across areas will be required during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience

• Work early morning shifts across Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday as listed in the posting
