Successful candidates will thrive under pressure, be digitally confident with our Sparks App and in-store devices, and work across different store areas to meet customer demand. This is a part-time frontline role with potential full-time hours during December weeks.

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service and product knowledge in M&S Food.
• Comfortable working early mornings and in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Digital confidence to use Sparks App and in-store devices.

• Help customers with excellent service and product recommendations.
• Support stock filling and shelf replenishment during shifts.
