Job summary

Novotel Cambridge North in Cambridge, England, part of Accor, is seeking a Food & Beverage Team member to deliver consistent, memorable service across Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Meetings & Events. You will join a supportive team and help create great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

We value positivity, strong communication, grooming standards and teamwork, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Training and career development are provided.

Main Responsibilities

• Serving guest in all areas of the Food & Beverage department including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Meetings & Events
• Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Ensuring cleanliness of work areas

• Complying with legislative and safety regulations
• Remaining polite and courteous at all time
