Job summary

Burhill Golf & Leisure seeks a Food and Beverage Team Leader to manage the golf course restaurant and bar operations at Birchwood Park Golf & Country Club, supervising staff and upholding high standards of quality and service.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager, the role requires strong communication, teamwork and a hands-on approach to continually improve guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

ROLE OVERVIEW

To work closely with the Food and Beverage team in running the food and beverage operation for the golf course; manage co-workers while maintaining excellence in quality control and excellent customer relations. Learn all aspects of the Food and Beverage Manager duties.

WORKING TOWARDS:

• Maintaining existing food and beverage programmes and develops new concepts/strategies that ensure the highest possible quality of food service to meet customer expectations and assure repeat business.
• Identifying new market opportunities and maximise sale potential through aggressive marketing of the property's various food and beverage services and events, including flyers, newspaper, telephone, soliciting, brochures, promotional events etc.

KEY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Experience

• Hospitality and Leisure sector experience is desirable but not essential
