Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd at Appletree Country Park in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee our busy bar and restaurant across Six West and The Tipsy Eagle. This permanent, year-round role is 40 hours per week, with a salary of £27,475 per annum, and you’ll work closely with the F&B Manager to drive service excellence, staff development and sales.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

Leading by example, you’ll be motivating a team of F&B assistants to provide excellent service to customers in our busy bar and restaurant. This includes:

• Being at the heart of the action, serving customers, clearing tables, solving problems and leading your team
• Supporting the F&B Manager with rotas and making sure we have the right people in the right place
• Coaching the team to deliver brilliant service and confidently upsell
• Looking for opportunities toincrease sales and spendacross our venues
• Working closely with our kitchen team to control stock, reduce waste and protect margins
• Handling guest feedback and complaints positively and professionally
• upporting performance, training and development within the team
• Building a motivated team who take pride in delivering a great experience – even when we’re at our busiest One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
