Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant to join our premium golf and country clubs network. You will help create memorable dining experiences for members and guests, set up event spaces, and support front-of-house operations under the guidance of the F&B Manager.

You will greet customers, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and assist across bar, restaurant, and events to uphold our high standards of service and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
• Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and event spaces for service.
• Greet and serve guests with attentive hospitality.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly to tables and events.
• Maintain well-stocked bar areas and upsell offerings.
• Clear and clean tables and manage money handling procedures.
• Flexibly assist in front-of-house areas, including full bar and Barista duties.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage ( F&B ) Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for both Club Members and guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and quality. As a Food & Beverage ( F&B ) Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up tables and event spaces, greeting and serving guests, delivering food and drinks promptly, maintaining well-stocked bar areas, upselling offerings, clearing and cleaning tables, ensuring money handling procedures are followed, and flexibly assisting in various front-of-house areas, including full bar and Barista duties. Experience & Skills Required:

Schedule:

• We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300
• Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
• Evening availability for functions (until 0200)
