Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the team across the hotel's restaurant, bar, golf clubhouse and events. The role requires confident shifts leadership, a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

Set within a hotel and golf club, the role offers variety from breakfasts to weddings and corporate events. You will work closely with the F&B Manager, develop staff, maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within a hotel, restaurant or events environment.
• Confident leading shifts independently, managing busy services and making decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the team to maintain excellent service standards.
• Overseeing daily restaurant, bar, golf clubhouse and function operations.
• Managing the setup and smooth running of weddings, wakes, private parties, corporate meetings, golf days and seasonal events.
• Building positive relationships with hotel guests, golf members and visitors.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
• Supporting stock control, deliveries, cash handling and daily procedures.
• Ensuring all areas meet cleanliness, health & safety and company standards.
• Working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
