Seaham Hall in Seaham is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager and collaborate with Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure seamless service and consistently high standards. You will lead by example on the floor to deliver a memorable 5-star dining experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in hospitality, excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and be proficient with MS Office and Simphony EPOS.
Location:Seaham Hall, County Durham
Salary:£27,500 per annum (to be discussed at interview, dependent on experience)
Plus:Share of service charge (approximately £2,000 per year)
Hours:Full-time, 40+ hours per week (including weekends and bank holidays)
