The Role
  • Food & Beverage Supervisor motivates the team and leads by example
  • Assist the Management team and the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department
  • Support and deliver training to team members, actively developing the skills and knowledge of their team
  • Have a visible presence within the outlet to respond promptly to customer requests and learn from complaints to enhance future service
  • Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Work with colleagues to continually enhance the guest experience
  • Continually develop knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and consistent delivery of the company standard operating procedures and general standards within the hotel
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel’s Food & Beverage products and auditing procedures
  • Ensure the department is prepared for business and upcoming service
  • Communicate and cooperate with colleagues in all departments
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation within the team
  • Ensure Health & Safety / Food safety compliance is adhered to, and report hazards, accidents, losses, or damages
Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team; manage service delivery and guest experience
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations
  • Provide training and development for team members
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain SOPs and hotel standards across the department
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
