The Role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will:

• Motivate and lead the team by example
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations
• Provide training and development for team members
• Ensure prompt and effective response to guest requests and complaints
• Maintain high standards of service and safety compliance
• Develop knowledge of hotel products and procedures
• Ensure readiness for service and effective communication across departments
• Uphold personal hygiene and presentation standards
