The Role:
- Motivate the team and lead by example
- Assist the Management team and the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department
- Support and deliver training to team members, actively developing their skills and knowledge
- Maintain a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
- Handle guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction
- Work and cooperate with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
- Continuously develop new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery
- Have thorough knowledge of and consistently deliver the company standard operating procedures in the department
- Ensure the department is always prepared for business and forthcoming days service
- Communicate and cooperate with all colleagues in all departments
- Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation throughout the team
- Adhere to all Health & Safety/Food safety compliance and report any hazards, accidents, loss, or damage to management
