The Role:

  • Motivate the team and lead by example
  • Assist the Management team and the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department
  • Support and deliver training to team members, actively developing their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
  • Handle guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Work and cooperate with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
  • Continuously develop new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery
  • Have thorough knowledge of and consistently deliver the company standard operating procedures in the department
  • Ensure the department is always prepared for business and forthcoming days service
  • Communicate and cooperate with all colleagues in all departments
  • Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation throughout the team
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety/Food safety compliance and report any hazards, accidents, loss, or damage to management
