Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hotel and golf club operations. You will lead the team across breakfast, restaurant, bar and events, delivering excellent service to guests, golf members and visitors.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will organise daily services, manage weddings and corporate events, deputise in absence, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role in hotel/restaurant/events.
• Able to lead shifts independently and manage busy services.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Previous supervisory experience essential.

• Coordinate setup of weddings, wakes, private parties, meetings, golf days and events.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-onFood & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent organisational skills and the ability to take initiative.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional service to our hotel guests, golf members and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within a hotel, restaurant or events environment.

• Confident leading shifts independently, managing busy services and making decisions.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering excellent hospitality.

Full training on hotel procedures will be provided; however, previous supervisory experience is essential.

Duties Will Include
