Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a historic Cambridge college in their search for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The role is 37.5 hours per week, floor-based, with a 5 from 7 rota and mainly straight shifts.

The successful candidate will supervise cafeteria, events and staff, driving service excellence. Applicants should have prior F&B supervisory experience in hotels, colleges or restaurants and demonstrate hands-on leadership, strong communication and a proactive approach to team

Qualifications

• Experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor in a busy hotel, college or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Work in the cafeteria and events at the college.
• Develop the team and lead by example.
• Manage and set up functions.
• Stock control of wine cellar.

Our client based at this historic College in Cambridge is recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor for their busy operation. You will already be working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a hotel, college or restaurant and looking for the next step in your career.

The role is 37.5 hours a week and is a floor based role. Working days are 5 from 7 on a rota basis with mainly straight shifts.
