Job summary

Wilde Cambridge is seeking a Food & Beverage server to join our vibrant aparthotel team. The role is fast-paced, requiring enthusiasm and a guest-focused mindset. You will be the face of Wilde, delivering welcoming service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have prior F&B experience in similar roles, weekend/evening availability, and flexibility for seasonal hours. Contracted hours are 18.75 per week across three days at £13.80 per hour, with troncs and beneficial schemes.

• Prior experience in a similar role in a food & beverage setting (bartender, server or barista) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the Ultimate Brand Ambassador: take ownership with enthusiasm and flair.
• Create memorable guest experiences through confident communication and teamwork.
• Maintain pristine service areas and deliver timely, friendly service during shifts.
• Greet and assist guests, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

We Would Love You To Have

• Prior experience in a similar role in a food & beverage setting (bartender, server or barista) is essential.

Pay & Hours

• The ideal candidate would be available for full-time hours during summer, then reverting back to part-time hours from September onwards.
• Being available on weekends and evenings is essential for this role.
• Contracted hours will be 18.75 typically over 3 days per week, £13.80 per hour, plus additional Tronc.
