Job summary

Wilde is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to help maintain the high standards of our aparthotels. You will support the housekeeping team in implementing SOPs, ensuring rooms are presented impeccably and hygiene levels meet our quality benchmarks.

You will represent Wilde with energy and pride, delivering guest-focused service, embracing feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to exceed daily targets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful but full training will be provided.
• Ability to respond quickly to feedback, guest needs, and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping with implementing and upholding SOPs in the Housekeeping department.
• Maintain property's presentation and hygiene standards and inspect rooms.
• Be the brand ambassador for Wilde and represent the brand with enthusiasm and pride.
• Stay driven to exceed objectives and support team success.
• Seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes within housekeeping.
• Show kindness and respect, fostering an inclusive team culture.

• Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required.
