Job summary

Wilde Cambridge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our growing all-day dining operation, delivering high quality, health-conscious, locally sourced dishes and supporting the Senior Cook. You’ll work in a small kitchen team and help maintain guest satisfaction and cost control.

We’re looking for 2+ years of relevant cooking experience, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for representing the Wilde brand. Benefits include flexible patterns, a bonus scheme, and family-friendly support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Cook with the execution of our all-day dining menu, focusing on high quality, health conscious, and locally sourced produce.
• Work as part of the small kitchen team, assisting with maintaining food costs and inventory, organising tastings with support from culinary consultant, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety.

We Would Love You To Have

• Passionate and knowledgeable Cook, capable of working alone or as part of a small kitchen team. Ideally you will have 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Good collaboration skills are essential as part of the wider Wilde team.

Pay / Hours

• 5 days per week, £28,000 per annum plus additional Tronc.

• Assist the Senior Cook with the execution of our all-day dining menu;- with a focus on high quality, health conscious and locally sourced produce to delight our guests, whether they be staying with us, or popping in to meet with their friends, family or colleagues.
• Work as part of the small kitchen team, assisting the Senior Cook with maintaining food costs and inventory, organising tastings with support from our culinary consultant, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety, supporting team learning and development, compliance, P&L management, and supporting the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
