The Cornwall Hotel Collection is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team in Truro. You will assist with washing, cleaning and basic prep, while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Aufgaben

• Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
• Keeping kitchen areas, floors and surfaces clean and tidy.
• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required.
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in storage areas.
• Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Helping with deliveries and putting stock away.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team wherever needed.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. As an important part of the kitchen, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly by maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
