Job summary

Accor in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a friendly, fast on your feet restaurant professional to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a smile. You will maintain the dining area and ensure clean, welcoming service in a busy environment.

Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required; training is provided. A strong emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, and food-safety practices will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/bar experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong serving skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
• Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts.
• Culinary experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
