A leading hotel in Oxford is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead their team and enhance service delivery. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on developing staff and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment and a passion for hospitality.
Rate of Pay / Hours: Competitive Salary plus TRONC, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 45 Hours per Week

In this hands-on Food & Beverage Manager role, your attention to detail will help you excel. You will love leading and motivating your team and driving the brand strategy across all elements of the business, focusing on positioning the F&B operation as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat, and drink.
You should have knowledge of the local market and experience managing a busy Food and Beverage department at Head of Department level, ideally within a similarly sized property.
Managing details through your department managers, supervisors, and team will be second nature, and leading by example is something you are accustomed to.
A sound understanding of Health and Safety is beneficial, as well as a working knowledge of Opera and Zonal systems.
