Food & Beverage Manager, Malmaison

Rate of Pay / Hours: Competitive Salary plus TRONC, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 45 Hours per Week

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Oxford

We are looking for a leader in the making. Someone who understands that running a successful business isn’t just about exceeding brand standards or having a strong P&L. We want someone who will look after the team and develop them to deliver celebrity service.

In this hands-on Food & Beverage Manager role, your attention to detail will help you excel. You will love leading and motivating your team and driving the brand strategy across all elements of the business, focusing on positioning the F&B operation as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat, and drink.

You should have knowledge of the local market and experience managing a busy Food and Beverage department at Head of Department level, ideally within a similarly sized property.

Managing details through your department managers, supervisors, and team will be second nature, and leading by example is something you are accustomed to.

A sound understanding of Health and Safety is beneficial, as well as a working knowledge of Opera and Zonal systems.
