Job summary

The Copthorne Hotel Manchester, part of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service on Salford Quays. You will supervise the F&B team, coordinate outlets, and work with the management group to ensure smooth running.

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively within the management team and attending meetings, as required
• Responding to guest feedback and Revinate reviews
• Participating in Duty Management shifts, as required

The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure a high standard of customer service is provided at all times and that the team are supervised effectively.

Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include:
