Job summary

The Copthorne Hotel Manchester, part of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to maintain high customer service standards and lead a motivated team at Salford Quays. You will oversee daily F&B operations, drive service excellence, and collaborate with the management team to ensure outlets run efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise Food & Beverage operations daily for smooth department running.

• Communicate effectively within the management team and attend meetings as required.
• Respond to guest feedback and Revinate reviews.
• Participate in Duty Management shifts as required.
• Achieve Food & Beverage KPIs.

The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager.

The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure a high standard of customer service is provided at all times and that the team are supervised effectively.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about excellent customer service and creating a highly engaged team.

Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include:

• Planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the department
• Managing the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely within the management team to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times
• Communicating effectively within the management team and attending meetings, as required
• Responding to guest feedback and Revinate reviews
• Participating in Duty Management shifts, as required
• Achieving Food & Beverage Key Performance Indicators
