• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple revenue streams simultaneously.

• Drive profitability, cost control, and revenue growth across all F&B streams.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Ensure consistent service excellence across all guest touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Kitchen teams for seamless operations.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, training frameworks, and service standards.
• Lead with a visible, hands-on approach across all outlets.
• Monitor performance through audits, guest feedback, and financial KPIs.

Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington is seeking a high-impact, experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and transform our entire F&B operation.

This is not a "steady-state" role - it's a rare opportunity to rebuild, shape, and elevate a multi-outlet and Meetings & Events operation, creating a culture of performance, accountability, and service excellence.

You will take full ownership of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, executive lounge, and Meetings & Events, driving both operational standards and commercial performance across the department.

Requirements
