Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and transform a multi-outlet F&B operation including Meetings & Events, with hands-on leadership and a focus on guest excellence.

You will reset standards, build a high-performing team, and drive revenue across outlets and events while implementing robust SOPs and training. This role requires strong commercial acumen and a visible on-floor leadership style.

Qualifications

Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington is seeking a high-impact, experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and transform our entire F&B operation.

This is not a "steady-state" role — it's a rare opportunity to rebuild, shape, and elevate a multi-outlet and Meetings & Events operation, creating a culture of performance, accountability, and service excellence.

You will take full ownership of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, executive lounge, and Meetings & Events, driving both operational standards and commercial performance across the department.

Key Responsibilities
