Rudding Park seeks an exceptional Food and Beverage Director to elevate our award-winning resort’s F&B offering. You will lead an integrated operation across Clocktower, Horto, bars, room service, conferences and banqueting, shaping concepts, guest experiences and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will partner with the Executive Chef, drive innovation, and create a culture of exceptional service. This is a high-visibility role at a luxury resort in Harrogate.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage within luxury/hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability in a multifaceted operation.
• Strong team leadership and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food & Beverage strategy across restaurants, bars, room service, conference and banqueting.
• Inspire and develop the F&B leadership team and front-line colleagues.
• Balance creativity with commercial performance and guest experience.
