The Grand Brighton, part of Leonardo Hotels, is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant for breakfast service. You will greet guests, seat them, and deliver attentive service to start their day in a welcoming environment.

Role requires guest-focused attitude, teamwork, and the ability to manage changes during busy breakfast periods while maintaining standards and safety compliance.

Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. **Main Tasks****This is a customer-facing role within our Breakfast Department, where you will play an important part in creating a warm and memorable start to our guests’ day.**• Offer exceptional guest care at all times throughout the breakfast service • Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating and ensure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive • Deliver attentive, efficient and friendly service throughout breakfast • Maintain a strong knowledge of the breakfast offering, including menu items, beverages and allergen information • Assist with the preparation, presentation and replenishment of the breakfast area to ensure high standards are maintained • Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment • Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure their satisfaction • Collaborate with colleagues across Food & Beverage, Kitchen and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience • Operate in a safe and orderly manner, promptly reporting any hazards, accidents, losses or damages to management • Demonstrate proficiency in the Leonardo Hotels product and familiarity with the organisation • Engage in continuous learning and skill development to maintain service excellence • Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner • Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Food Safety, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations • Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor. **Person Specification**• Genuine passion for delivering memorable moments to guests • Friendly, welcoming and confident when engaging with guests • Positive approach to busy service environments and changing priorities • Pro-active with a hands-on approach to delivering consistent results • Able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during busy breakfast periods • Embrace the Leonardo Hotels’ Guest Care culture and be empowered to work on your own initiative • Friendly team player with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with others • A confident communicator willing to make suggestions for improvements and open to feedback from colleagues • Engaged with hotel initiatives to support the local community We’re committed to creating a workplace where every individual—regardless of background, identity, or lived experience—is welcomed, valued, and respected for who they are.
