Job summary

The Grand Brighton, part of the Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition portfolio, is seeking a Food & Beverage Bar Back Assistant & Kitchen Porter to support busy service periods and maintain cleanliness.

This onsite, part-time role involves keeping bar and kitchen areas clean, restocking supplies, washing glassware and crockery, and assisting with opening/closing duties while upholding hotel standards and Leonardo's Green initiative.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the bar and kitchen areas clean and organised, including counters, floors, equipment and storage areas.
• Restocking bar and lounge supplies including liquor, beer, beer kegs, wine, mixers and garnishes.
• Washing glassware, crockery and cutlery.
• Dispose of recycling and food waste regularly as per the Leonardo green initiative.
• Help with opening and closing duties such as set up, breakdown and inventory.

All members of the Food and Beverage department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values.
